Case Management and Report Writing training provides Case Managers within Community Corrections with the skills and knowledge to prepare reports for court, primarily Sentencing Assessment Reports (SAR's) and effectively case manage offenders. Participants will enhance their understanding about CSNSW report writing requirements, legislative requirements in the management of offenders, skills for managing offenders in the community, writing case notes, conducting risk assessments and supervision requirements.
On successful completion of all training and assessment, learners will be issued with a Statement of Attainment for the unit of competency BSBOPS403 Apply business risk management processes which is an elective of CSC40121 Certificate IV in Correctional Practice.
