Course Overview |
This course is designed for individuals employed in senior management roles within a correctional environment and focuses on strategic planning and implementing or driving changes in justice services as well as providing high level leadership within correctional jurisdictions. |
Course Outcomes | At the end of this course, you should have the knowledge and skills in:
- Provision of high-level leadership within correctional environment.
- Undertaking strategic planning to implement and drive change in justice services.
- Conducting high level research and analysis to plan, develop and implement leadership and management initiatives.
- Achieving results in line with organisation goals and strategic directions

Entry requirements | Participants enrolling into the Advanced Diploma must have at least one of the below requirements before entry:
- Ongoing employment at the grade 11/12 level (or equivalent) and/or,
- Participant in Australian Correctional Leadership Program and/or,
- Approval to enrol from Assistant Commissioner or Director (CSNSW or another Correctional Jurisdiction)
