A certain level of conflict in the workplace promotes change and can be quite healthy. Too much causes the workplace to become dysfunctional. The key to turning conflict into a positive experience is to employ proven and effective strategies. You will consider your individual conflict management style, learn how to manage emotions, listen effectively and communicate assertively. The course also addresses bullying and harassment and explores methods to prevent and reduce it. Participants will receive a Statement of Training.
