The SAPO Essentials workshop is a two day workshop designed to clarify the role of a SAPO. It provides a review of: Key Policies and Practices, Compendiums as well as Business applications that staff will use on a daily basis. There is a focus on making the most of OIMS and making sure your statistics count towards your centre.
After the workshop participants will have a clear understand of the SAPO role and expectations and a sound knowledge of where to find information on policies and procedures in the future. During the workshop there are plenty of opportunities to ask questions and seek clarification on issues staff may have encountered in the workplace.
There is a special two folder resource for the workshop and each participant will receive this resource to keep and use back at their centre.
