Working with Sex Offenders

This training program provides learners with the knowledge and skills to manage sex offenders. The course covers information relating to the assessments and treatment programs available. In addition, the course will enhance learners' ability to identify and manage risk, as well as develop skills to engage offenders who have committed a sexual offence, to promote effective working relationships.

Prior to attending the 2-day face-to-face training learners will be required to complete the online component. Completion of this training will result in a Statement of Training.
