This course focuses on building on communication skills that assist staff in working with stakeholders when case managing offenders.
The course will enable staff to further develop their professional language in the workplace. A key component of the training focuses on developing the conflict resolution skills of staff when dealing with both external and internal stakeholders by phone, email or face to face interactions.
At the conclusion of this course participants will be able to develop an awareness of the key stakeholders in their environment, develop a rapport with stakeholders and utilise professional language when communicating via telephone, email and face to face interactions.
Completion of this course will result in a Statement of Training.
The course will be delivered in 1 day face to face training.
