Capacity to Deliver: Communication.
This is the foundation in gaining the necessary accreditation to deliver training in the workplace. You will develop the essential practical skills required to prepare, deliver and review competency based workplace training. After successfully completing the course and the associated assessment tasks, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for TAEDEL301A & BSBCMM401A elective units from the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Any staff member who will be involved in delivering in-house CSNSW training and trainers who will be delivering modules from national training packages

Note: This course requires all participants to design and deliver 3 training sessions as part of the assessment activities.
