Correctional Supervisors Course

The CSC is an initiative to assist correctional officers who are supervising correctional operations. Initial training is in a face-to-face classroom setting with interactive learning. This is followed by an extensive period of online eLearning consolidating theoretical and practical learning. Completion of summative and work-based assessments determine final competency.

On successful completion of the course participants will be awarded the nationally recognised CSC40120 Certificate IV in Correctional Practice.

Course duration

Upon completion of induction participants have 12 months via eLearning consolidating theoretical and practical learning to finish the course

Target group

Substantive First Class Correctional Officers, Overseers, Senior Correctional Officers, and Senior Overseers.
