Implementing Positive Change in the Workplace is an essential skill set for Functional Managers to execute major reform initiatives and support staff by being an effective change agent.

This face to face course will provide Functional Managers with a theoretical foundation for understanding organisational change and practical skills to facilitate and inspire others to implement major reform initiatives smoothly and successfully.

Learning Outcomes

At the conclusion of this course participants will be able to:

  • Identify patterns of response to change
  • Apply models of change in the context of the business unit
  • Demonstrate how change initiatives are formulated and implemented
  • Implement change strategies and organisational reforms
  • Demonstrate methods to support staff through change
  • Create a change management plan
