Workshop for Functional Managers

Effective Asset Management provides participants with information and skills to allocate limited CSNSW resources and ensure improved alignment of assets with operational service delivery needs in line with Department of Justice policies and procedures.

This face to face course will provide Functional Managers with knowledge and skills relating to asset management, particularly in relation to policies, procedures and problem solving regarding increasing operational service delivery needs.

Learning Outcomes

At the conclusion of this course participants will be able to:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the effective use and maintenance of existing assets
  • Determine sustainable development solutions
  • Audit and review current workplace asset management practices
Course Duration:

3hrs - 12:30pm -3:30pm

Note: Please enrol in Ethical Leadership workshop for Functional Managers which will commence at 8:30am-11:30am on the same day.
