The Administration Unit is responsible for the providing the following services:
Customer Service
The Customer Service Officer provides a single point of contact for clients wishing to hold training, conferences or seminars at the Academy. This service is available during office hours to provide clients with all the resources needed to create a successful conference or event.
The Customer Service Officer also responds to client feedback and coordinates the events calendar at the Academy, which includes a number of ceremonies, presentations and parades.
Accommodation
The Academy offers a range of on-site accommodation to customers. The Accommodation Officer is responsible for allocating rooms and for monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of all accommodation.
Building & Ground Maintenance
The Brush Farm Corrective Services Academy is located at historic Brush Farm, Eastwood NSW. The site covers over 4 hectares of land and comprises numerous buildings and extensive landscaped grounds.
All building and ground maintenance is carried out by in-house Maintenance Overseers with the assistance of inmate labour.
Caretaker/Security
The Academy has a resident caretaker who provides after hours security on the site and also performs ad-hoc maintenance and customer service duties as required.
Catering
The Brush Farm Bistro is available for:
• Cafeteria style breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Morning and afternoon tea
• BBQ’s
• Formal luncheons and dinner
• Special catering on request
